during my stay, I loved how close it was to beautiful parks like Two Rivers Park, perfect for leisurely strolls, and the vibrant Lane Motor Museum, where I spent hours enjoying the unique exhibits, making it an unforgettable weekend adventure.

I had an awesome time during my stay, enjoying the heated pool and the cozy fire pit area in the evening. The hot tub could’ve been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all. Definitely grab a drink at the bar. their cocktails are on point! 🍹

We had a wonderful stay at Music City, where we enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool area. The staff truly went above and beyond to meet our needs, and the breakfast selection was top-notch—one of the best starts to our day. Plus, it was nice having the extra convenience with my son's family alongside us.

In my wife’s opinion, the accessible features could be improved for guests with mobility challenges. A more thorough restocking of amenities would make stays smoother for families.

We spent two nights in a spacious room and loved the cozy decor. The staff was friendly, but the indoor pool could use better maintenance. Enjoy tasty bites at the onsite restaurant for a convenient dining option. Just a tip, bring earplugs for the occasional plane noise.

The hotel's location made it easy to explore. The outdoor pool was refreshing after a long day, and the fitness center had all the equipment I needed. I felt at home as soon as I checked in.

The location near the airport was pretty convenient, and despite some staff being “eh”, I met this nice shuttle driver who made my day. I also enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, and the overall setup was just chill for a short stay.

The Sheraton Music City Hotel had its ups and downs. The public areas looked beautiful, and the lobby had a welcoming feel. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the lounge, which had a decent selection each morning. The staff was generally friendly and quick to help with any issues, which gave a good vibe overall. However, I faced some challenges with my accessible room. Upon arrival, I found only two towels for three guests, even though we had a reservation for an accessible room. I had to call for more supplies. During our stay, water began dripping from the bathroom ceiling late at night, causing quite a disturbance. The shower needed attention too. the seat was slick and not very safe for my sister. Cleanliness was inconsistent, and the room had signs of wear. There were only two elevators, leading to some wait times during peak hours. If you’re looking for smooth accessibility aims, it might not fully meet those needs. Overall, while my stay had some enjoyable moments, several maintenance and service issues need addressing.
